Manage, provide guidance and support to Development Project Management and Project Coordination personnel on all assigned projectsand portfolios.∙ Work directly with Director of Development, Senior Project Manager, Regional and/or segment Sales lead(s) to align team efforts with project portfolio and company goals ∙Collaborate with Director of Engineering and/or Project Engineering leads to insure project design efforts are adequately and accurately supported in a timely manner∙ Oversight and approval of all obligations, budgets, schedules, cash flows, and resource requirements associated with RFP responses and all assigned projects and portfolios.∙ Provide Development representation for all RFP shortlist interviews when required. ∙ Collaborate with internal and external legal project representatives.∙ Coordinate Development efforts to align with Structured Finance obligations ∙ Review RFP, SPSA, and/or other energy off-take and site licensing documents and support due diligence and negotiation efforts.∙ Manage solicitation and procurement of due diligence vendors. Actively manage due diligence vendors on all assigned portfolios.∙ Manage solicitation and procurement of EPC contractors for all assigned projects and portfolios.
