   Currently performing the role of Solution Architect and Strategy consultant for a major Global bank with responsibility of providing solutions to all the business units, standardizing deployments, proposals to optimize Collections processing and TRIAD, Dialler, Cyber as the agency management solution and Core MI Strategies from Collections perspective- Developed RFP, white papers for platform consolidation, migration of cards processors, new product launch for clients and organization- Defined and designed new platform upkeep methodology for mainframe applications similar to service packs- Standardization of the collections operating and deployment model for future deployments. Consolidate local instances onto 3 regional instances across the bank for Collections Target Operating Model. This helped in realization of operational consumption savings due to consolidation and upgrade- Lead business case, cost assessment, determine solution/design (CACS to CTA, Collections, Collections Remedy Programs, Collections SMS, Global Unified Aspect Desktop, Core MI for Collections Analytics)- Implemented CACS-CTA Conversion projects for 22 countries- Developed an interfacing layer between Banking and Cards applications and created the Remedy Programs solution- Led development for National Language Support, Channel Alerts (Voice Blast, SMS etc,)
