Spring helps entrepreneurs to change the world. Spring runs a comprehensive set of entrepreneur, incubator, accelerator, and funding programs for aspiring and early stage entrepreneurs from launch to $2M in revenue. We are the only global entrepreneurship program based in Vancouver (and Canada). Our programs run in over 30 cities on 5 continents, with over 700 entrepreneurs launching 350+ businesses, creating 300+ jobs, and raising over $24M in early stage capital in Vancouver alone. We also equip donors, funders, governments, and ecosystem supports to launch, catalyze, and capacity build their innovation ecosystems. And we have a simple, but bold, mission to change the world through entrepreneurship.

ABOUT TRA MY PHAM
Tra My is a startup founder, angel investor and big advocate of user-centric design. Having lived in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Silicon Valley, and Vancouver, Tra My weaves a global perspective into her role as mentor and coach for startup founders. Previously, she co-founded two startups in the retail sector, serving arts and crafts brands and end-users in two-sided marketplaces. She has also invested in numerous startups across different sectors, including health, education, and most recently, recycled materials. At Spring, she finds a wonderful team with whom she can continue doing what she loves: supporting entrepreneurs along their journeys of customer discovery, product launches and growth. Currently, she divides her time between Hanoi and Vancouver, where her work allows her to continue bridging global resources to grow local impact.
