Since november 22 I am part of the Global Program Management Team - as PMO and local risk accountant- with PwC adoption program to promote PwC\'s Global Shared Platforms, Processes, Services and Best Practices within the Italian Firm.The team oversees a program of adoption initiatives, defining and leading a multi disciplinary project organization. The main objectives are to grant an overall monitoring of the program and verifying that it meets the agreed KPIs targets, as well as keeping a strong focus on budget, time, risk and quality constraints.Between 2019 and 2022 I have worked for the technology marketing department. This implies defining marketing strategies for a wide range of the most different types of technologies (IoT, AR VR, CRM, ERP, etc.). I am also responsible of the intra and inter groups meeting and therefore of the active collaboration between them.I am also responsible for the data quality activities in CRM Salesforce.Technology & Data AnalyticsI manage the accounting transformation in the field of digital transformation of a big insurance company based in Italy. In particular I direct the process of test and migration of the data, positions and financial transactions.
