An experienced software professional with more than 20 years of extensive development, consulting, project and program management experience in delivering complex, large scale software development projects developed in varied technologies like ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, SharePoint/Office 365, WCF, LifeRay, MS SQL Server, ReactJS, React Native etc.I am currently playing the role of a Program Manager in a large digital engagement for a leading Consumer Goods/Crop Science customer. In the past, I have been involved in multiple other successful digital transformation programs for other global organizations in the travel & hospitality, retail, consumer goods and health care space. As a seasoned agile professional, a certified ScrumMaster, a certified SAFe® Practitioner & a certified SAFe® ScrumMaster, I have helped the customers in their journey of adopting lean and agile practices at a team and program level and scaling them to the enterprise level using Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). As a ScrumMaster and Agile Coach I have been instrumental in building successful agile teams in various agile projects that I have been part of.As a software professional, I have played a range of varied delivery roles, starting my career as a software developer and then working as a technology lead, consultant as well as an architect before taking up my current role as a project manager, delivery manager and ScrumMaster.As a project manager, I have managed multiple development teams of varying sizes (6 to 50+) using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe®) as well as traditional Waterfall methodology and successfully delivered more than 10 projects of different sizes.As a developer, tech lead and architect, I have worked in varied Microsoft technologies like.NET Framework, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, WCF, Web Services, Windows Forms, SharePoint, MS SQL Server.
