About Peyton Sower

Over the course of my life, I have benefited in having the opportunity to work with other people that aspire the same goals and drive as I do. More specifically, people who maintain the same strengths as I do: disciplined, driven, goal-oriented problem solvers when they walk in a room. Business Analytics is one of the few majors offered at Auburn University that allows me to execute and fulfill these tactics, coupled with a minor in Marketing. That said, it perfectly describes my role as well as the Auburn University Baseball Team staff I operate with day-to-day. Going into my fourth year, I have been fortunate enough to be promoted as the Director of Analytics as well as remaining as an Assistant of Player Development under Coach Butch Thompson. Having this position surely made me learn how to maintain a positive work-life balance with being focused on and off the baseball field. More specifically, maintaining a 3.4+ GPA while working a 40+ hour baseball commitment weekly shows that I am an excellent time manager and determined to excel in any environment. I am looking forward to having several more opportunities for growth and success in both the rest of my tenure at Auburn University and throughout my career post-Auburn. War Eagle!
