As a consultant and advisor, Peyton combines his background in real estate finance and hands-on experience in facility management with an outcome-focused mindset to deliver transformational solutions in higher education, private/independent schools, and municipal organizations. Peyton works closely with his clients to develop guiding criteria and strategic objectives to advance their institutional goals. Throughout his career at B&D, he has evolved his skillset to integrate complex analyses into implementable plans for our clients educational, housing, recreational, and athletics developments.Peyton is driven by the positive outcomes his clients realize and the quality-of-life improvements experienced by those engaging with B&D\'s work across the country. He looks forward to working with anyone seeking to enhance their communities.Mr. Brailsford is a senior associate in B&D’s Washington, DC office. Prior to joining B&D, he received a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Miami. During his time there, he worked as a student leader in the department of wellness and recreation, as both a Fitness Leader and Facility Manager at the Patti & Allan Herbert Wellness Center. In recognition of his leadership skills and performance he received the Charlie Green award for Outstanding Student Employee. Mr. Brailsford also worked as an intern for five summers in B&D’s Washington, DC office, assisting in IT, marketing, and project work beginning in 2009.
