About Peyton Stack

I am a 22-year old college senior at the University of Georgia, majoring in Human Development and Family Science (HDFS) in the Family of Consumer Science (FACS) school. I plan on pursuing a career within the Non-Profit sector and eventually in Marriage and Family therapy, and receiving further education to support these goals. I am currently a Community Outreach Associate at the Jackson County Habitat For Humanity chapter and an Undergraduate Intern at the UGA Love and Money Center. My past experiences include interning at the Make A Wish Georgia foundation, audio production for the Warrior Radio Network, and working as a Tennis professional at the largest tennis academy in Georgia, Universal Tennis Academy. I\'ve never been afraid to get my hands dirty, working multiple jobs in the entertainment industry as well as writing for journalistic publications throughout my youth. Over the course of all my trials and tribulations so far, one characteristic stands out: I love being around people. Communication, leadership, and character are some words that come to mind whenever I ponder my interactions with others. No matter where I go, you can count on me to bring my person-ability and personality to whatever adventure awaits me.

   Aug 2025 — Present · Commerce, GA, US

   Leadership & Program Development-Founded and launched the Together We Roll capital campaign, raising toward the purchase of a new box truck for the organization-Organized and led the Habitat Youth Board, providing local high school students with leadership and volunteer opportunities-Planned and facilitated the Community Input Forum to gather local feedback and increase community engagement-Wrote and submitted the State Farm Action Youth Grant to secure additional program funding.Marketing & Communications-Created and managed daily social media content to promote events, volunteer opportunities, and impact stories-Photographed and documented ReStore operations and staff for internal marketing and stock media use-Designed and printed event materials, including banners, signage, and promotional collateral (e.g, Tour de Habitat Bike Ride, “Congrats Homeowner” signs)-Edited and maintained the Jackson County Habitat for Humanity website on a weekly basis-Composed and distributed the organization’s monthly email newsletter to subscribers-Spoke at local high school Beta Club meetings (East Jackson and Jackson County) to promote Habitat’s mission and youth engagement.Community Engagement & Public Relations-Represented Habitat for Humanity at 8+ community events, including: Women in Business networking meetings.
