About Peyton Russell
I am a recent graduate of Iowa State University where I majored in the Food Engineering specialization of Biological Systems Engineering. I also concurrently graduated from Iowa State\'s Ivy College of Business with an MBA focused in Business Analytics. My passion for all things food sparked my interest in food production, safety, quality assurance, and sustainability. I am hoping to make an impact in the global issue of food insecurity as humanity continues to deplete Earth\'s resources while our population climbs. We will need to feed more people with less inputs into the food supply chain, regardless of their location and socioeconomic status.
