This includes leading stewardship presentations, managing broker / client relationships, working through broker negotiations / expectations, and tackling service issues with the long term goal of retaining and earning new business. The new business process includes strategizing and managing a funnel of prospects, with the goal of pushing the opportunity into the funnel and then better understanding the opportunity. This is done through marketing our capabilities, brand, and personal brand to our broker partners and then by underwriting, pricing, and collaborating on how to best provide solutions, as well as, position ourselves against our competitors.
