ABOUT PEYTON BUSH
I am a recent graduate of Harvard Law School, where I received a J.D. degree with a focus on corporate law. I have a BA in English and dance from the University of Kentucky, where I graduated magna cum laude.Last summer, I worked as a Summer Associate at Alston & Bird, where I assisted in drafting and reviewing contracts and documents for various corporate trust clients. I also completed due diligence reports for M&A transactions and drafted memorandums and court documents for IP and patent litigation cases. Additionally, I interned at Honeywell, where I drafted demand and notice letters, conducted compliance audits, and reviewed marketing material for legal issues. I also created a standardized Terms and Conditions to be used across multiple product lines.I have developed strong legal writing and research skills, as well as a keen interest in corporate law and finance. I am eager to learn from experienced lawyers and contribute to the success of the firm. My goal is to become a corporate lawyer who can provide effective and innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
