Learning with Parents is a registered charity using parental engagement as a tool to reduce the disadvantage gap in education.I started working with Learning with Parents in March 2020 when the pandemic hit. There was a sudden increased demand for their home learning platform in the wake of school closures, and they were experiencing outages. I provided short term pro bono support to help them work with existing partners to scale up their legacy platform to meet this demand.After successfully meeting the immediate requirements, the organisation received funding to make significant enhancements to the platform, which would involve a full redesign and rebuild using a modern web stack. The Poteris team was able to take on and deliver this project on time and under budget, and further funded projects followed to enhance the platform to particularly meet the needs of disadvantaged parents. All of these projects have successfully met their milestones and stayed within budget.As part of the leadership team I have also worked with the CEO on all aspects of the charity\'s strategy and recruitment.
