My current role at the Yorkshire Building Society is as the Groups Enterprise Portfolio Manager. I enjoy the challenge and change that both the role and the journey the organisation has been on over recent years and the opportunities to grow and develop the maturity of our Portfolio and Transformation capability. Which is now focused on our Digital ambitions.My experience and strengths developed in this role are Strategic Portfolio Planning - ensuring emerging change and programmes have strategic relevance to corporate plans and business models. Enterprise and individual business case development and benefits tracking to Executive Board for change activity across the YBS Group; Senior Stakeholder and Relationship Management in the management and development of the Groups change agenda; Updating and reporting to Board the Portfolio Progress and contribution to Business outcomes.
