Petty Z. Goodman is a corporate and real estate paralegal with more than 25 years of experience handling real estate and corporate matters, including establishing charitable trusts, forming and obtaining tax-exempt status for nonprofit entities (public charities and private foundations), and providing ongoing guidance to ensure proper compliance with applicable state and IRS rules. Ms. Goodman is experienced in general real estate transactions, including real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, with emphasis on reviewing title documents and ALTA surveys. Ms. Goodman is also experienced in tax credit equity investors, community development entities, developers, and others in federal and state new markets tax credits transactions.
