Leading a team of Software Engineers called Commodities Fundamentals Derived Data. We are building a suite of products to expand Bloomberg\'s offering of datasets within the Commodities Fundamentals space.Major offerings I am looking after:* WFOR - Bloomberg\'s Weather Forecasts suite of APIs, Terminal screens and data* EFOR - Bloomberg\'s Power and Gas Forecasts suite of APIs, Terminal screens and data* Bloomberg\'s Berth Visits Dataset, including data feeding LNGJ, CRUDEJ and others.Under my leadership the team has built a software platform for Bloomberg capable of timeseries forecasting within the Power and Gas space by combining machine learning forecasting engines, MLOps, and configurability of the platform to be able to respond quickly to the changes in the real world and improve our datasets continuously.My team has taken over the Maritime Berth Visits dataset production software and are automating the manual aspects of the dataset maintenance. We are aiming to be able to have the dataset updated continuously, from daily updates, and with minimal human-in-the-loop curations.
