Generate estimates in line with the project reporting cycle, providing detailed commentary on costs, including variances, trends, and performance concerns. Prepare and maintain cost estimates for designated project scopes, ensuring alignment with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and consistency across project baselines and control systems such as Primavera (P6) and Risk Contribute to the change management process by conducting trend analyses, assessing cost impacts, and developing estimating inputs for change proposals, while maintaining transparency and collaboration with stakeholders. Develop cost performance metrics and analytical tools to support project reviews and risk evaluations. Collaborate closely with planners, risk managers, cost engineers, and delivery teams to ensure integrated and coherent control data. Participate in risk and performance reviews at both project and programme levels, offering insights from an estimating perspective. Support other disciplines by supplying documentation, maintaining audit trails, and responding to quality control.Ensure all estimating and change-related data adheres to project governance standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
