As Visual Merchandising & Store Concept Manager I’m responsible for setting the strategy for visual merchandising in Telenor stores. My function also includes managing concept developing and layouts for new store openings and when rebuilding existing stores.My mission is to ensure that the customer experience related to store concept, product display and visual expression is inspirational, brand-enhancing as well as sales-driven.I manage all long term projects related to in store exposure. I also work closely with the marketing department regarding campaign related projects.I’m developing new visual in store-presentations and special installations in our flag ship stores.The role involve close collaboration with suppliers and agencies, as well as daily cooperation with store managers, regional managers, purchasing, marketing, and sales department.The role also includes activley monitoring retail trends.
