Experienced Back-end Software Engineer with 10 years of experience in the industry. Including 8+ years of Golang experience I have primarily worked on high-load servers and an in-house scheduling cluster capable of managing GPU machines from AWS and Google Cloud simultaneously. I managed to save monthly, after numerous modifications to our cluster and transition to SPOT instances (Oh boy, GPUs are expensive!)I had a lot of responsibility at Sturfee Inc. Beyond managing the GPU cluster, which cost an hour, I also oversaw a high-availability Kubernetes cluster with high-load WebSocket and gRPC connections. I set up correct network and security policies for all systems. All systems deployed on the cluster passed through me, where I was responsible for containerization and making software cloud-ready in Python, C++ with CUDA, Java Spring, Keycloak, and AI software, managing all these with Helm, Keda, Rancher and Prometheus.As I mentioned, I was immersed in very heterogeneous services. This required me to be very communicative with many team members. With AI engineers, I parallelized Jupyter notebooks. Next day I optimized response time for Java Spring server from business developers. An infinite amount of times, I set AMI permissions and configured different services on AWS for my teammates.I managed routine requests from my teammates with my DevOps skills, including CI/CD on Google Cloud Builds or GitHub Actions. Shell scripting was used for from easy copying of files to advanced GPU driver installation.
