With a strong background in finance operations and a passion for driving business growth, I’ve built my career on making data-driven decisions and leading teams through complex challenges. My journey started in audit and assurance at EY, where I developed expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and leadership, eventually managing audit teams for large clients.I then transitioned to Murka Games, where I was responsible for preparing the first-ever IFRS consolidated financial statements and setting up crucial processes like external audits and tax strategies, all while optimizing costs and improving efficiency. My role expanded further at Headway Group, where I served as Head of Finance Operations. Here, I led initiatives that contributed to the company’s rapid growth, including implementing ERP systems, restructuring after a spin-off, and supporting revenue growth exceeding triple digits.Now, as General Manager at Goodly (R&D by Headway Group), I’m excited to take on a new challenge, blending my financial expertise with product development and leadership in the EdTech space.
