As a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Mid-Market segment at HubSpot- Act as the primary owner for 130+ customers to ensure growth, delight, and retention - Define and develop plans for what success looks like for each customer - Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across customer teams - Engage customers in strategy calls every 6-8 weeks to ensure they are deriving maximum value from their HubSpot subscriptions - Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans for any customer challenges - Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding customers usage of new products - Engage and collaborate with HubSpot sales reps for any upgrade and cross-sell opportunities - Accountable for the retention of each of my customers and ensure an accurate forecast for in-month and future month performance is maintained
