In a groundbreaking project, I actively contributed to the integration efforts with Epic, a major healthcare system. This endeavor allowed patients to experience virtual visits through Microsoft Teams for the first time. I worked closely with the Product team to determine key customer metrics in order to increase and improve product adoption. I owned many projects from writing design documents to creating timelines and implementation. My projects include- Telemetry pipeline to track usage and measure key customer metrics- Feature that sends link to virtual visit to patients through SMS to decrease the number of no-shows- Export feature in Virtual Appointments app in Microsoft Teams that lets users export their data to Excel file- Integration with internal ecosystem (Substrate) to fill the gap where for some virtual appointments it was impossible to collect analytics- Improved architecture of Virtual Queue app by replacing S2S (service to service) calls with pipeline events- Worked closely with Design team to design and build reusable UI React components for CEH (Customer Engagement Hub), a Microsoft Teams application that brings emails fromOutlook into Teams
