Peter has a wide range of experience across core and alternative commercial real estate sections.As a key member of CBRE\'s Building Surveying Team, Peter provides technical due diligence/building surveys, design and specification, contract administration, dilapidations, preventative planned maintenance (PPM) and licence for alterations advice. Based in Bristol, Peter has experience across the UK and Europe with both single assets and managing large portfolios across a range of property use classes for a variety of clients including landlords, tenants/occupiers, and funders.Significant projects include- Project Grouse - Provided Technical Due Diligence reporting for the transaction of 48 hospitals in the UK including the coordination of surveyors, engineers and environmental consultants. Project Barracuda - Managed the TDD programme relating to the long income transaction of 12 UK multi-storey car parks. Project Whitehorse - Managed a multi-disciplinary team including surveyors, engineers, environmental consultants, flood specialists and drainage teams prior to the acquisition of the UK\'s largest leisure park.Project Spark - Provided specialist technical advice prior to the platform deal that related to the purchase of three data centres in Switzerland. Project Ferry - Offered specialist technical input and produced the building survey prior to the launch of this trophy asset hotel in London.Project Peach - Provided the TDD package relating to the freehold purchase of a UK pub portfolio.Cordwallis - Dilapidations contract works totalling of three industrial units (c.2,600 sq. ft.). Peter provided advice on budget costs and strategy, undertook design, specification and tender process and acted as project manager and contract administrator.AT & T - Dilapidations negotiation representing a retained client who held a tenant\'s interest in a retail unit. Peter negotiated the Landlord\'s original claim down by 67%.Project Bellig - Peter assisted on the successful purchase of an out-of-town retail park portfolio across Sweden and Finland by providing a number of technical due diligence building surveys. Properties ranged in size from between sq. m.London House - Successfully managed the conditional break clause exit at this sq. ft. office building which included project management and contract administration of the yielding up works and negotiations with the landlord.
