   Omelet is a 20 year old independent creative agency based in L.A. where I\'ve had the good fortune to work with Google (G1/Gemini, Photos, Play, Small Business, Android x Samsung, Employment Brand Marketing), Scopely (Monopoly GO!), YouTube (Premium, Music), Tonal, Netflix (Slate strategy & films), Asana, Princess Cruises, Primal Kitchen, Guardian Life, Walmart, WB Games, and more. Our most impactful work - which also happens to be my favorite work we\'ve made - puts people and culture at the center of brand stories.I sit on the Omelet executive team reporting into the CEO, acting as a coach to brand marketers, specializing in problem identification, setting the vision for the team, creating a strategic roadmap, and defining brand and communications strategies.During my time at Omelet, I have- Expanded our core strategy offering 2X, which includes standing up Omelet’s first data strategy practice, and consisted of talent, tools, training, and bespoke campaign measurement frameworks for our clients- Led brand campaigns that resulted in: 40% lift in brand understanding, 28% increase in premium subscription signups; a 10x campaign participation goal; and +165% share rate- Advocated for talent development and mentoring; led a subcommittee to reposition HR from a back of house function to front of house. This included building Omelet\'s first ever mentorship program, infusing more rigor into performance evaluations and goal setting, and led to our first Director of People & Culture hire.
