It\'s now out in 19 languages. It won the National Outdoor Book Award, the George Orwell Award from the National Council of Teachers of English, and the Banff Mountain Book Award, and the American Society of Journalists and Authors general nonfiction award. Co-written with my cousin Amanda Padoan. To research BURIED IN THE SKY, I trecked all over Nepal and Pakistan and interviewed more than 100 people.
