As CEO of the Credit Services Association (CSA) — the UK’s national trade body for the debt collection, debt sale and purchase industry — Peter led the organisation during a period of significant transformation, redefining the industry’s standards, professionalism, and public perception.He currently serves as Interim Chair of SCOR, overseeing the administration of the Principles of Reciprocity during the establishment of and transition to the Credit Information Governance Body (CIGB). Alongside this, he is an investor and strategic advisor to Trustfolio, a SaaS business driving innovation and digital efficiency across the debt solutions sector, and a tutor and coach on the CSA’s Level 4 Governance Officer apprenticeship, developing the next generation of governance professionals.In addition to his work in financial services, Peter is a director, investor, and instructor at Runway Flight Simulators, combining leadership with a long-standing passion for aviation.
