Our technology also enables clients to assess opportunities across all three capitals (natural, social and financial), factor in climate change, evaluate the effect of their decisions on growth, development and impact, and negotiate trade offs. We take a very simple approach by asking the following:• What is the question or problem we are trying to solve?• What data do we need to answer the question or solve the problem?• What analysis of the data is required in order to answer or solve the problem? and• What is the best method to deliver and share this location intelligence?This approach has been used to help landowners measure, report and verify their net zero carbon balance, fruit growers determine where to invest and expand their operations, land agents identify the best use of their clients\' land, estate owners map and evaluate the natural capital of their estate and identify opportunities for ecosystem services, lending organisations understand the risks associated with their capital portfolio, funding organisations see what is being grown where, by whom and how, insurers measure the impact of natural disasters to forestry and other crops, and investors reach data-driven decisions from climate change scenario modelling.It is also being used to help clients wanting to take a landscape approach to visualise their area of interest, create a base map and supporting baseline analysis, determine the highest and best use of their land, develop a project plan, and then navigate, monitor and manage progress from where they are to where they want to be.
