As a trusted advisor to my business partners, I speak a language of delivery and capability, and working with engineering teams I am deep inside the details on architecture, systems, code, and infrastructure. I help make the Technology organization make the right choices with implementations, security, vendors, service operations and business results.During the last few years my focus has been on large scale corporate initiatives, requiring extensive change management, negotiation, organizational and vendor skills, on top of the core skills as a Global Technology leader. Some highlights include:1. Infrastructure Optimization and Architecture. Worked to deliver modernization of the core processing platforms including a blueprint for the target catalog, expansion of cloud and container platforms and DevOps.2. Chief Technology Office. Built out Enterprise Architecture blueprints for the firm. Delivered Shared Services, including a dedicated API platform and enterprise authentication and authorization services.3. Cyber Security. Worked extensively with Regulators in the US and Europe, Clients and vendors. Continuously worked to enhance resiliency/redundancy, depth of defense and patching/detection programs of our Cyber shield.I am open to connecting with Senior Leaders across the Technology landscape that enjoy the pace of Technology change and our ability create progress.
