I am a CEO and operator focused on building and scaling SaaS and operational technology businesses. I have founded and led two companies. Ximble, a workforce management platform, scaled to thousands of customers and was acquired by Paycor. I currently lead monitorQA, an inspection and compliance platform I built to 320+ customers across multi-location operators. My background spans product, engineering, and go-to-market, with full ownership of P&L, pricing, and operational execution. I’ve taken products from zero to traction and built the systems required to scale them. In parallel, I’ve worked with large institutions on digital transformation initiatives, including leading a $10M technology program for a pan-African bank. The context differs from SaaS, but the focus remains the same: aligning strategy with execution and driving measurable outcomes.
