As the Chief Operating Officer of CFN Consultants, I develop the strategic plan and manage the day to day business operations of Canada\'s premier aerospace and defence procurement consultancy. A key function is supporting the CFN team in providing our clients with advice, information and exposure to the Canadian market with respect to Government of Canada procurement in the areas of aerospace, defence, marine and public safety, primarily in Canada\'s Department of National Defence. Our services range from strategic advice, opportunity identification, subject matter expertise across the Canadian Armed Forces, understanding government procurement processes and regulations, understanding Canada\'s Innovation Agenda and related funding programs and assistance in understanding and responding to Canada\'s Socio-Economic policies related to government procurement.Our goal is to enable clients to successfully assess, penetrate and exploit the Canadian market as a direct supplier to government and/or industry, or as a partner with government, industry and academia.
