Commercialize and Manage the following technologies: • SAR+: Sulfuric Acid Regeneration optimization which increases spent acid usage and throughput without increasing emissions. Interesting debottlenecking downstream can also be investigated. • eNOx: Low Temperature Oxidation of NOx emissions from flue gases and the subsequent capture, resulting up to 98% NOx removal. This reduces pollution haze caused by ground-level ozone. This also reduces acid rain and mercury emissions. • OXYCYCLE: Oxygen Optimization Technology to recycle over 60% of the oxygen off of an ozone generator, allowing ozone reactions and treatments to be safer and much more economical. • Ice-Fog Nucleation: Controlled Lyophilization (Freeze Drying) Nucleation, which can result in the following benefits: o Improved finished product attributes (RM%- both lowered and statistically more uniform, visual appearance, microstructure and quicker reconstitution) o Shorter primary drying times with an increase in shelf temperature setting o At times, shorter secondary dry, as well o Easier to validate cycle with smaller RSD values in RM% and Assay o Have seen less vial breakage, fewer rejects (some products) o Improved stability results, some may soon be increasing expiry date Also support the following applications and others: • CRYOSOLV: Cryo-condensation for VOC abatement and Solvent Recovery • CRYOCONTROL: Cryo-cooling for cryogenic cooling • BIOX: BOD/COD Oxygenation - Oxygen injection systems • NEUTRA: Safe pH Control with Carbon Dioxide
