I’m a Head of Design / Head of UX–level design leader with nearly 30 years of experience helping product-driven companies shape clear, compelling experiences in complex and emerging domains.I specialize in founding-level design leadership—working as the senior-most designer and partnering directly with founders, CEOs, and CPOs to define product vision, establish experience strategy, and personally design the most critical parts of the product. I’m most effective in small, elite teams where design needs to be both strategic and hands-on.My work spans product UX, systems design, creative direction, and applied experimentation, often in AI-driven systems, healthcare-adjacent products, research platforms, and other technically or conceptually complex environments. I’m comfortable operating ahead of clear requirements—using envisioning and rapid prototyping to make abstract ideas tangible and align teams before heavy investment.Over the course of my career, I’ve led high-impact work for startups, scale-ups, and Fortune 100 companies, while maintaining a strong network of designers, researchers, technologists, and creative partners.
