   Oversee Clinical Intake Platform program, which is composed of approximately 300 new intakes per year. Responsible for intakes’ life cycles, which include receipt, scheduling meetings to discuss and understand the request, assign proper personnel to estimate, write and present formal estimation proposal, and connect impacted parties to prioritize and schedule work. Work across Aetna Enterprise, representing Clinical Platform on large ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) projects. Facilitate meetings as required for discovery or engagement. Biweekly intake meetings include approximately 90 invitees. Maintain records of all intakes in QuickBase, as application owner and QuickBase SME. Write formal estimation proposal for each intake. Monitor all current and completed intakes’ status at all times. Partner with RTEs and leads to prepare for PI Planning and reconcile results such that all incoming new work requests are evaluated against the one scope list for prioritization. Ability to understand the business request, clinical business impact and I.T. estimate, and produce executive summary.
