January 2022 I was promoted to the position of Chief Engineer for all Corridors I II buildings, along with supervising a staff of 3 Engineers Responsibilities include- Maintaining three office buildings equal to 17 floors & two parking garage structures equal to 5 floors, including two generators on sq. ft Commercial office space over 26 acres - Conducting daily rounds, capital repairs & completing work orders - Manage Engineering staff of four- Manage build outs & overseeing construction projects & subcontractors- Servicing and maintaining 14 RTU equaling 1,700 ton of cooling & 480V 3 Phase Electric Heat - Maintaining 12 elevators: 8 Hydraulic 4 Traction - Utilized Work Order Systems : MRI Angus & 360 Facilities
