Cold War Warrior Rocket Scientist /Angel Investor/Competitive Rower/Dad focused on solving challenging International problems through Innovation and Creative Perspectives. A proven leader in launching, leading and growing Enterprise Solution product and service companies, he brings over 40 years of management, marketing, sales and innovative product launch and delivery experience. With deep experience in both Federal and Commercial industries, Mr. Skangos has served in many executive management roles varying from small to large companies, including TetraTech, Cap Gemini Ernst Young, Deloitte Ventures, Thermo Electron, and ANSER. Starting from the early days of the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO)(SDIO/Star Wars), Mr. Skangos has been involved with establishing the National Test Facility and space fight experiments for kinetic energy weapons, to Remediation efforts associated with nuclear waste for the Department of Energy to International Narcotics Law Enforcement and IT Systems consolidation for the US Department of State. Most recently, Mr. Skangos\'​ attention has been involved in assisting companies grow their customer value proposition to the US Department of State Department of Defense, and International Development organizations such as USAID. The focus has been centered on Digital Engineering, Electronic Warfare, Information Technologies, Nuclear Engineering. Mr. Skangos holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic University (now part of NYU) and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).Specialties: Creating an environment to successfully facilitate innovation, passion, and provide creative thinking to solve complex business and human challenges.
