I am an award-winning reporter and editor with more than 10 years of experience writing, updating and reporting breaking stories to completion.As the editor, I oversee, assign and edit stories while leading our newsroom team to include enterprise, investigations and breaking news. I oversee six full-time newsroom staffers, more than 20 freelance writers and photographers spread across Pennsylvania and work with news and sports editors across our 19-state CNHI network. I am also in charge of managing a freelance budget above that is largely used to pay for work created by emerging journalists and women journalists in written and visual roles. I also manage all story flow, website presentation and social media verticals to drive interaction and traffic to our hyperlocal content.
