Helping organizations become more productive and efficient through Lean Six Sigma.My professional career has been focused on improving processes for organizations of all sizes, ranging from fast-growth companies to established Fortune 500 businesses. I began my career in Japan as an MIT scholar. There, I worked with Dr. Edwards Deming, the noted American quality expert. I learned first-hand Japanese quality practices including the Toyota Production System and Kaizen.Later, I served as Lead Instructor of Emory University’s Six Sigma Certification Program. I have also authored over 60 nationally-published articles on Lean, Six Sigma and quality. As Managing Partner of Riverwood Associates, I train people from the frontline to the C-suite how to think critically, analytically and independently so they can make the best decisions. This is done via live, instructor-led workshops and webinars.
