Apolitical is the world\'s largest network for government (500k+ members), equipping the world\'s public servants to address critical challenges from AI to climate.As the company’s sole Data Analyst in a two-person data team, I:• Led a full-stack analytics engineering project for Apolitical\'s flagship AI Readiness Check (ARC) tool, building 15 dbt models with full documentation and data tests, powering a self-serve dashboard used daily by leadership.• Engineered automated KPI monitoring systems for multimillion-dollar grants (Google.org, BEF), collecting engagement metrics across the platform. Built pipelines in Python and SQL, and connected to Google Sheets and Slack to deliver automated updates directly into stakeholder channels.• Designed and productised a standard automated reporting framework adopted across government training deliveries company-wide, saving approx. 200 hours a month in report-writing time.• Built the company\'s primary sales performance dashboard for the C-Suite, directly informing multimillion-dollar funding rounds and investor reporting.• Designed, built, and maintained self-serve analytics dashboards across the company, growing monthly active usage from 30% to 75% of all employees (90+) within one year.• Managed an online data skills community of public servants, ranking in the top 5 out of 60+ communities on the platform, driving engagement through regular tips and resources.
