MA affordable housing resources were awarded in July 2025-Completed construction of Amethyst Brook Apartments in May 2025, consisting of two buildings in Pelham, MA providing 34 affordable one, two and three-bedroom rental apartments. A six-unit building was built to Energy Star standards and a 28-unit building was built to Passive House standards-Completed renovation of a Springfield, MA historic school building into Elias Brookings Apartments, consisting of 42 affordable one, two and three-bedroom rental apartments. Construction was completed in May 2022. Property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
