Head of Development with over fifteen years’ experience of working in all sectors of development, predominantly within private sector, but also public, taking projects from inception to completion. RICS accredited in 2009 (resigned 2021), RIBA qualified in 2003 (resigned 2019), also with a P.dip in Planning, offer a rounded education of the development process. With a solid track record of delivering projects to time and budget, including master planning, site purchase and land assembly, Compulsory Purchase Orders, planning, demolition and remediation, completion of development agreements, disposal of lease and licences, sale/purchase and overage agreements and direct construction in traditional/ D&B contracts from a client as well as contract administration role.
