   Conduct legal sufficiency reviews for administrative actions, economic sanctions, and criminal penalties related to domestic and global efforts to combat Transnational Organized Crime. Provide legal sufficiency reviews for the Rewards for Justice program, which is the agency’s national security interagency mission that offers rewards for information leading to the location or arrest of leaders of Foreign Terrorist Organizations. Provide legal advice on matters concerning Transnational Criminal Investigate Units, which are responsible for overseas investigations of narcotics, weapons, and human trafficking organizations and networks. Perform legal reviews for anti-corruption visa restriction and economic sanction matters, including the Global Magnitsky Act and regionally-focused anti-corruption instruments, sanctions, and designations. Advise agency clients and teach courses at the Foreign Service Institute on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-corruption and due diligence matters generally. Advise clients on a variety of legal issues involving the International Law Enforcement Academies based in the United States and overseas. Coordinate and lead agency’s efforts regarding its legal authorities and obligations pursuant to international agreements on firearms and ammunition.
