As a strategic leader with concrete credit, product, risk and sales management experience, I have effectively and efficiently honed my specialties in a variety of roles throughout my career, during the last 15 years with TD Bank. In my current role within the organization, as Vice President, Risk Management, I am responsible for portfolio management of the commercial credit portfolio. In this role, I am responsible for consistently developing strong relationships, achieving creative solutions, strong business results and a positive work environment. At the present time, I am the Co-Chair of TD\'s Black Employee Network and a member of the Black Executive Steering Committee. My participation in both of these committees strongly aligns with my personal commitment to TD’s inclusion and diversity initiatives and my passion for attracting, developing and retaining top talent at TD.
