   As an L8 Executive Leader, my challenge was to build and lead an industry-aligned Gen AI GTM, sales & delivery organization responsible for AWS’s SaaS training platform, and for transforming a traditionally Instructor-Led Training (ILT)-heavy, high-cost business into a profitable, digital-first engine for AI and cloud workforce transformation. I oversaw a 375+ person sales, delivery, and training organization—spanning Canada, the US, and Latin America—Transforming the organization while increasing efficiency and accelerating digital training adoption.I own sales, strategy, delivery, customer success, operations and triple-digit multimillion-dollar P&L performance. I am accountable for selling the full AWS certification portfolio and driving B2B, B2I, B2C, and partner sales motions for the Americas GEO; aligned to the broader AWS field organization: Built and scaled GTM and pre-sales strategies that generated a large-scale revenue contribution in training revenue and influenced a significant percentage of downstream cloud and services growth. Consistently exceeded AWS goals, achieving 117% YoY attainment across training adoption, customer success, and workforce skilling metrics. Led large-scale AI/ML workforce enablement, achieving +30% above the worldwide target of individuals trained in Americas. Drove 757% YoY growth of AWS Skill Builder Team Subscriptions, developing a GTM sales strategy focused on digital that cemented it as a leading SaaS platform for enterprise AI/ML skilling. Contributed to AWS surpassing its 2025 global cloud skills goal early, enabling millions of learners through scalable digital training. Developed strategic partnerships with HR, academia, and L&D leaders to launch institutional AI/cloud training programs.
