ABOUT PETER RICCIARDI
I think it’s fair to say that my perspective has always been uncommon.I graduated cum laude with a Wharton courseload from the University of Pennsylvania at age nineteen, taught economics before turning twenty, and by twenty-five had become the youngest Burger King franchisee in its history. By thirty-five, I was helping organizations rethink how they generate stronger, more sustainable profit.From hospitality to professional sports, from technology to consumer goods, my work has always centered on the counterintuitive thinking necessary to improve both profitability and customer satisfaction. Today, I selectively work with leaders willing to rethink how their businesses truly operate…insights I brought together in my first book, Mind Shift. Profit Lift. I am honored by the response the book is getting. I am equally appreciative of the scope and quality clients I get to work with and the groups I am privileged to address.
