Directed the development of integration technology that allowed for the flow of eReferrals from primary care EMRs to the health management system that hosts regional low back pain program (ISAEC). Integration was first of its kind in the province. Managed the consolidation of relevant privacy and security documentation that led to the completion of Privacy Impact Assessment and Threat Risk Assessment sign-off for said integration technology. Led change management initiative to onboard clinical and administrative users from the Orthopedic programs in the Champlain region. Personnel from Central Intake, Assessment Centres, and Surgeon Offices were trained to use of Ocean eReferral for referral management. Supported programs have processed over referrals to date. Collaborated with colleagues from other LHINs on technology issues and change management approaches for deploying eReferral across the province. Represented team at province-wide meetings and teleconferences, reporting local progress and contributing to provincial strategy discussions.
