Lead Controller role focused on ensuring reliable and real time visibility to mission critical SCADA & business networks. Develop and streamline operational process and procedure documentation for the department. Oversee & execute weekly telecom carrier/vendor inventory tracking and maintain status reporting for ongoing network operations projects. Present priority escalations and operational insights to management on a monthly basis utilizing PowerPoint, Wireshark, Visio and more to support postmortem initiatives on network outages. Execute specialized reporting and analytics projects within PRTG as well as SolarWinds environments to enhance visibility into system performance and incident trends. While the role is multifaceted, the primary focus remains on “Everything SCADA!”
