I’m a senior learning and development leader who builds programs that change careers and drive business results. With over a decade of experience designing scalable instructional design and talent development solutions, I’ve helped Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike engage employees, retain institutional knowledge, and fuel performance.At Western & Southern Financial Group, I led Career Launchers, an enterprise-wide leadership development program with a 72 NPS and 95% of participants reporting increased career confidence. I also expanded an enterprise knowledge transfer program, scaling reach by 480% and saving 430+ hours annually.
