ABOUT PETER MURRAY

Back in aerospace after 25 years. Back when I started with Raytheon’s Financial Management Development Program (FMDP), the challenges are still similar, the skies and space are still wide open. A wonderful and valuable start; the beginning of learning the art & science of transformational change; which we brought to a high art and discipline at legacy E.I. DuPont & Nemours Co. Now at Incora, a Platinum Equity company going places. It’s an interesting combination of my careers leading supply chain innovation and my love of making useful things, that interest I share with my son, now launching his career as an engineer. I have great teams supporting top Incora customers across the US and a global engine program. Good things are happening and better things are to come in aerospace! Thomas Edison said it well:\"Innovation is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration\"- My focus has always been on where people, process, technology and analytics come together. Success is from applying innovation in those spaces - and delivering much better results. Change is hard, it always gets better with a dose of humor and fun.Integrated Business Planning; Delivering Value From Complexity, Decision Rights, Demand Management; Supply Chain; Operational Excellence, LEAN Six Sigma; Industry 4.0; Predictive Analytics.
