I’ve spent two decades trading steel-toed boots for boardroom shoes - sometimes within the same hour. One minute, I’m with the team on the floor solving a production challenge; the next, I’m strategizing with sales to squeeze out extra margin or finance and IT turn information in to action. That balance has shaped how I lead: practical enough to fix what’s in front of us, and strategic enough to keep the bigger picture in focus.
