   At the helm of Developer Enablement at Confluent, my primary mission is to spearhead the creation and strategic delivery of cutting-edge online course content. I am privileged to lead a talented team of software practice leads and curriculum developers dedicated to empowering developers through education on event streaming technology.I oversee the complete lifecycle of online course content, from ideation to delivery. Collaborating closely with the Developer Content Operations team, we ensure that our training materials not only meet but exceed quality standards, are delivered punctually, and align perfectly with our strategic vision.My role also involves focusing on and measuring success through content consumption, signup conversion rates, course engagement, and cloud consumption. These metrics guide our continuous improvement and strategic alignment with market needs.I am responsible for crafting and maintaining the roadmap for all of Confluent’s online course content.
