I am a Senior Water Resources Engineer with over 33 years of consulting and management experience. I am a registered professional engineer in Alberta, British Columbia and the Yukon. I specialize in overall project management and delivery, river and coastal engineering, detailed design of flood and erosion protection works, natural hazard assessments, river bank stabilization, sediment and erosion control, hydrologic studies, permitting and approvals for marine related site developments, sediment transport, and design and implementation of field studies. I build and lead large project teams from an operational and management perspective and have had overall bottom line responsibility for several business units, the largest of which had over 150 people. I have planned and developed an in-house PMO, have particular expertise in design-build and undertake risk review for large multi-disciplinary project opportunities.
